Brandons Melts n More, also operating as Brandons Melts n More (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), is a small-batch natural cleaning products business based in Decatur, Illinois. Our website is located at brandonsmeltsnmore.com.

By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Products

All of our products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. Because our products are handmade, there may be minor variations between batches in color, texture, or scent. These variations do not constitute a defect.

Product descriptions, ingredient lists, and images are provided for informational purposes. We make every effort to represent our products accurately. Colors on your screen may vary slightly from the actual product.

Our products are intended for household cleaning use only. They are not intended for food use, medical use, or any purpose other than as described. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please review all ingredient information before purchasing.

3. Orders and Payment

By submitting an order, you represent that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Order confirmation emails are sent upon successful placement of your order. This does not constitute a binding contract until your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

4. Electronic Signature and Purchase Agreement

At checkout, you will be asked to provide your full legal name as an electronic signature and to acknowledge our no-refund policy and these Terms of Service. This electronic signature is legally binding under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act), 15 U.S.C. § 7001, and equivalent state laws.

By signing, you confirm that:

• You have read and agree to these Terms of Service in full
• You understand that all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be issued
• You are the authorized cardholder or payment account holder
• You are 18 years of age or older

We record the following information with each order for verification and fraud prevention: your electronic signature, IP address, timestamp, browser/device information, and optionally your geographic coordinates if location consent is granted.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, ordering the wrong item, delayed shipping, or dissatisfaction with the product.

In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or is materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Any resolution offered in such cases is a courtesy and does not set a precedent or create any obligation for future situations.

6. Shipping

We ship orders within 3–7 business days of receipt. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or packages lost or damaged in transit after handoff to the carrier.

Free shipping is offered on U.S. orders over $50, applied automatically at checkout. Free local delivery in the Decatur, IL area is available by arrangement. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with certain aspects of our website and business, including but not limited to:
